Have had 3 kids go through Bradford, therefore have been around a while. I think the large majority of kids are kind and welcoming. The teachers care about the whole child and try to make Bradford a fun place to come everyday. My kids have made great friends and learned how to be independent thinkers.

Highly recommend looking else where even if this is your neighborhood school. Primary was okay, however it has been a total nightmare at the intermediate. The amount of bullying that goes on is ridiculous and is not only the kids doing it, it’s the teachers as well. However when brought to the principal he suggests that the kids are being dramatic. Save your kids don’t got here.

Our two children have been at Bradford Primary for the past 4 years and we are very impressed. The teachers are well prepared and provide a very safe and positive environment. The facility is nice and the community at large is supportive of the kids and their shows, activities, etc.

We have been super happy for the 8 years my oldest son has been here and 5 years my youngest has been here. From kindergarten to jr high. They need to get lockers, but otherwise we have been happy with the education. Its been a private school quality education at a public school. Small classes and a lot of personalized instruction. Awesome school and principal.

This school has been amazing for our family over the last 6 years.

This school gets great scores academically. However, it is located in an affluent area with very invested parents who raise over-achievers. It would be difficult for a principal not to guide this school to great scores. The two stars are because the intermediate (grades 4-6) underachieves in its behavioral expectations. It's ironic that the school administration prides itself on its great scores but doesn't honor the students who achieve them. Rather, it's the top athletes and popular kids who rule the roost and the bookish, kind children who are pushed aside. Even worse, those who bully are not held accountable by the principal. We've seen multiple instances of this. We know families who have left the school, who have stopped using the bus and who have turned to home schooling because their children were bullied at Bradford and the principal didn't manage the situation to avoid recurrence. If you send your child here, he or she will be well educated. However, there's an excellent chance they will be put down or teased by bullies and you won't get anywhere with the principal to stop it.
