The teachers really care and put so much of their life into teaching these kids. The school is well planned and has most modern amenities such as smart boards, laptops, and the ability to use school computers for reports and research. Yes, teachers are having to teach more towards standardized testing schedules and standards (obviously), but this is done in such a way as to allow for expansion of subjects that really get the kids engaged and interested in the back-story. I've had kids in this school for 5 years and will continue to have kids here for about 5 more. I couldn't be more pleased with the consistency, even given recent changes in administration. Kudos and thank you!

If a child has emotional, intellectual, or behavioral issuses they will ignore them as well as bullying of said children with issues to the point of an OCR (Office for Civil Rights) complaint. Once the child is enrolled unilaterally by the IEP team they will keep the child there. If they think your child is fine you will have a lot of difficulties getting them into an appropriate school. This coming from experience and based on my dealings with them, maybe yours will be different.
