Great school ive been there my since the school opend im in 8th grade now amazing school i would recommend this school to people that just moved here amazing school 10/10

We had heard horror stories about schools in Las Vegas, before moving here from Florida, but Divich has really blown us away. Every teacher and faculty member we have encountered, have been delightful, and seem to have a real bond with the children. The school regularly hosts family nights that my daughter really enjoys, and truth be told, so do my husband and I. Literacy Knights is probably our favorite so far. Mr K is very involved and the kids all seem to love him. Mr daughter has gone from hating PE to loving it (that is what an encouraging and supportive Pe teacher will do for a kid), she also has grown to love writing, and doing projects. This is obviously as a direct result of teachers creating a fun learning environment. Homework isn't pushed, which we LOVE. Sometimes a fun project is sent home, but overall family time is encouraged of an evening. We did have an incident of a boy bullying/threatening our daughter and it was handled swiftly, and we felt heard. From what my daughter tells me bullying is not tolerated, and bullies are handled appropriately. We have been very impressed with Divich, and look forward to our daughter growing here.

I sent my two children here and the teachers were very rude to both of them. The teachers would not make time for students and they would not give them extra help if they needed. My daughter said that one of her teachers cussed to one of the students. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL

Divich is the probably the top rated school in northwest Las Vegas, if not the upper crust in all of Las Vegas. The admin, teaching staff, families and students at this school have truly created a learning community that has been an asset to my children. Reviews like the one below prove that if your child is a problem it will be handled and you won’t be happy about it. The fundraising done at Divich in the last 5 years have provided invaluable programs that most public schools in Vegas will never see. If you have an opportunity to send your student to Divich, do not hesitate.

The leader of this school is very good at faking things. He is more concerned about how he looks to his higher ups and the families than really care about the children as a whole. He is not consistent and fair. Fundraising and money is his main concern.

I am new to the area, and teach 3rd grade! I was very blessed to find this school to call home. Amazing administration and teachers who work hard to do what’s best for kids. Nice, new school with a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere!

Coming from a small town these big city schools scared me. Once we came to Divich that all changed. We are so lucky to have found them. They genuinely care about their students well-being and want them to succeed. They listen to parents and communicate. During COVID teachers were bending over backwards to ensure student and even family’s needs. Not all teachers are perfect and a whole school cannot be but they come pretty close. Admin helped me step by step in transferring over from our old school. Teachers open car doors and building doors for students so the first thing we see is a smiling face. I love this school for my kid
