My son started Panther Run Elementary this year and I have to say it is the best educational decision I could have made. Before he started PRE he DREADED going to school. He cried and begged not to go every morning, he was waking up multiple times a night crying, and was just miserable all around. Since starting VPK at Panther Run he is happy, sweet, calm, and confident. I absolutely cannot believe the transformation. PRE gave me my boy back! I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone that works so hard to make this school so wonderful. And a special shout lout to the VPK faculty and staff! Panther Run rocks!

This school is a disgrace. So much wrong here, but I’ll be brief. I pulled my child from this school after a teach berated her in front of the class for pronouncing her name incorrectly. Keep in mind my child was 6 years old at the time and 2 months in to Panther Run having transferred from another school. When I called the Principal to express my concern, she was not the least bit surprised to hear about the incident. Apparently this teacher has a terrible reputation and many parents pull their children for the year to avoid her. As if that is not concerning enough, the Principal asked what my child did to solicit an emotional response from the teacher. For the well-being of your child, find another school with a capable Principal and teachers without a short fuse.

In this school, I have not learned a thing. There is only mostly review even in AMP classes which are supposed to give you a challenge. Me and my classmate who are many grades ahead have also invested in other programs to try and improve our learning. This was because of the school's teaching for AMP were only barley scratching on the topics of the next grade. To even get into amp you are expected to know more topics about higher grades that AMP actually teaches. Overall we do not feel like the gifted classes support our education, also most of the time we are bored of reviewing the same thing over and over again. In my opinion I do not feel like I am being taught at this school and I would not recommend this school to other higher grade students.

Panther Run Elementary is such an excellent school! The staff and principal are amazing!! All 3 of my children attended PRE and every experience was nothing but great! This was my youngest son’s first year in Kindergarten, with the Covid-19 outbreak there were so many uncertainties and fears to face entering the school year but his teachers Mrs. Lufbery and Mrs. Cooney and the whole staff at PRE were OUTSTANDING!! They really paved the way for a very successful, bright future for my son. I’m forever grateful and highly recommend this school.

This a great school. The staff and teachers all have a clear goal in mind. To make sure the kids are safe during this unprecedented times as well as set a great foundation for them to become successful adults. I would recommend this school to any new parents moving to Wellington. You will feel welcomed and appreciated.

Panther Run is an excellent A rated elementary school. Both my kids had a wonderful educational experience and were ready for academic requirements for Middle School. All the teachers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Just the right blend needed for elementary age children. So glad we got to experience that for our family. If you are thinking of moving to Wellington - do it- they offer the best education.

My son has been attending PRE since the beginning of the school year. I can not say enough good things about the school . He is in VPK and has to remain virtual. Everyone from the front office, every staff , principal and the teachers are beyond amazing. Considering everyone has been thrust into a new situation with Covid the teachers have never missed a beat despite everything on their plate. The care his teachers have and the entire school has shown is outstanding. I highly recommend Panther Run and am so happy he gets to be a part of it even if from a computer.

I will be pulling my kids out this year and homeschool them as the school district has failed on my opinion, there is a huge lack of good characters, social behaviors, manners, respect and a true calling for education. Unfortunately this school allows the pressure of scores passing the anxiety to the kids to get good results for FSA test; its not acceptable, but the school doesn't care, all they care is about the rating, and the PTA works so hard to collect donation that its annoying, shame on the principal of this schools that sends voice messages to the parents even on Sundays at 8pm asking for donations. 98% of the communication from the school is to ask for money, and none about your children learning concerns. So disappointed of this school. Hopefully they will get a new principal that will care about a safe learning environment rather that the rating.

I have never been so thankful to pull my kids out of a school before!!! Best decision to move schools!! Just because the test scores are high does not mean A safe learning environment is implemented!!

Terrible! I will pulling my child out of Panther Run. I'm sorry to say we had a horrible experience at this school. There are not many minorities at this school .. that being said you can feel the snobbish and very rude attitudes of the staff/ teachers. It was really sad.

I would highly recommend this school to any family looking for a safe and organized school. Love love love the teachers but also the administrators for leading such a reputable school.

Good. The teachers are highly skilled at progressing the children educationally and socially. The principal is involved and friendly, and steers the school toward excellence in all ways. PTA is welcomed and participation encouraged. No school is perfect, legitimate/repeated grievances could be better addressed so they don’t grow toxic among parents, but overall kids get a high quality education and a safe learning environment.

I believe PRE is a fantastic school with the best Principles, Teachers and Staff. The PTA does a great job and there is so much parent involvement.

Very poor. We don't know many families in the Wellington area (probably about or so that we interact with on a monthly basis), but out of the families that we know there are 5 that have pulled their children from this school and are home schooling the children. Two other families are also talking about pulling their children at the moment, which is difficult as there is only one month left in school.

My child has had a good experience at this school. Teachers and staff are great. Just need to fix parent pickup line issues.

Please do not send your child to the ESE vpk. I have been an educator for 15 years and I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with another educator. Mrs. Moore doesn't want to communicate nor listen when it comes to your child. She rolls her eyes at you and walks away in mid-sentence. Completely unprofessional. Once again, with your child's best interest at hand, look elsewhere.

This is a very well run school. I currently have 2 children enrolled and have all good things to say. Teachers have always been top shelf. Parents tend to blame educators when their child doesn't do well. I will add I have an older child who did NOT do well at Panther Run. This was not the fault of educators. Not all kids will do well but the school is one of the best.

My kid went to VPK last year at Panther Run. They had two teachers Mrs. Moore in the morning was great and the afternoon teacher was horrible and my kid didn't learn anything in the afternoon. the afternoon teacher had no patience. So glad we are out of there. I was very disappointed and so were many other parents. Some people should not be teachers. We had to get our kid extra help to get caught up because the teacher in the afternoon did not do her job. Binks Elementary and Wellington have better teachers in vpk that care and take the time out not only for the students but for the parents also.

We also had a problem with snack but that was when mr.blake was princiable and if u don't know who he is search him up! But overall yes I do recommend panther run
