    My experience with Northeast Elementary School has been a very negative one. It is my Professional opinion that the "Director of 1st Impressions" **(Customer Serv./Secretary) to be oppositionally defiant; lacking the very basic foundational characteristics necessary when working in the field of Service. I would like to further note that as a result of this; I have decided to notify The NC Dept. Of Education. As a former Secondary & Higher Educational Leadership Administrator, I have a duty to follow protocol when I deem it mandatory. Especially when the aforementioned issue concerns the safety of 1st graders. They do not seem to be a priority according to this employee. These scenarios should be "far and few between" Going further; I look forward to much better professional interactions, District-wide. Professional Regards~ J.L. PhD
