My Child has told me all year long that nothing new is being taught that she didn't already learn from her old school. Throughout the year my child has been the victim of bullying and harassment. The school is full of children that are out of control and disrespectful and teachers that can't be bothered. Constantly I've been informed of swearing from Teacher's/aids/ substitutes directed at the students. Overall, just disappointed and missing the school my child was enrolled in before we had to move here. I'm understanding why so many parents are pulling out their kids and going with Private or Home Schooling.

School is riddled with racism, underqualified staff, poor communication, and absolutely no morals. Recently there is a class project where children are instructed to write about a country, most kids are encouraged but not required write about their own country of lineage but the United States is not allowed to be included in this. So any Native Americans are excluded from writing about their own country. Students are shamed for being from certain counties that fall into political categories. Very young students are encouraged to make life altering choices to their bodies and legal records. Very backwards. This school has been nothing but horrible experiences every year. Too bad I'm too poor to pack up and move out of Kent, but when the opportunity is there you can bet that one of the top reasons is the ridiculously yet accurately poorly rated Kent School District- great job at being one of the worst!

My son goes to kindergarten. The teachers are really nice and great. I appreciate their input and helps. Other students are also very nice. I have not seen/ or heard any bullies. Principal call me one day when my son fall while he was running in the school. she reviewed security video for me, and gave me reports for very details. I was very happy with how they have been doing.

Tremendous administration and awesome staff. Teachers work hard to make sure that students excel!

I have had some really good experiences with some really great teachers, I've also had some really bad experiences with some really great teachers, it really depends on the teacher and the grade level of your child. I had at one point last year All 4 of my children attended the school, I cannot begin to stress the joy in my heart knowing we will no longer be dealing with this school.
