All 3 of my children have attended (are attending) St. Joseph Parish School. The small class sizes, highly skilled and caring teachers, and parent community involvement all made St. Joseph a great fit for our family. The academics are challenging and there is the individualized support that each student needs to achieve. We also appreciate the involvement of faith and community service into the curriculum. My daughters who graduated went on to attend a highly competitive high school and were well prepared for the transition to high school. They had the study skills, curiosity for learning, and ability to advocate for themselves - all developed at St. Joseph.

We have two St. Joe’s graduates who are now in high school, and are still connected with families currently at the school. We love St. Joe’s and our children have fond memories of their experience there. They were very well prepared for high school and made lasting friendships. Our oldest is heading to UW in the fall and our younger is academically thriving in high school. We are grateful to St. Joe’s!

I LOVE this school. I love this community- the parents are great here and so are the teachers and the staff. My Kiddo has been going here for 5 years and I tell everyone I meet about this school. They offer a lot of clubs for after school- and my kid can't wait to go to school everyday!

I have three children currently attending St. Joseph's, and we have been so happy with our experience. The community has been wonderful for our family. I have also loved that the teachers work to be sure every child is challenged, with a curriculum appropriate for their needs, from approaching to beyond grade-level kids. Great opportunities for STEM, art, and music as well.

My kids have attended St. Joseph School for 3 years and we are very happy we landed here. We toured other area schools and even attended another local Catholic school briefly prior to moving to St. Joe's. The community of parents and children are warm and welcoming and the teachers are amazing. Every year I smile when my youngest writes "you are the best teacher I have had so far" on her Christmas cards, because she started out with great teachers and continues to have an exceptional experience each year. The teachers and staff work diligently to address any problems that arise and they support and foster the gifts in every child. The school is small enough that the staff members know most or all of the children by name, but large enough that the kids have plenty of friends and classmates. Before we started at St. Joe's, my only hesitation was about the dual-campus (Preschool-3rd grade in Issaquah and 4th-8th in Snoqualmie), but the school's well-planned bus system truly makes it a non-issue. Many families have kids in different schools at some point, and the split campus allows the kids to get their needs met at their level and still be connected to the same school community. I also love the many opportunities for the kids to develop leadership skills throughout the years.

Our children have attended St. Joseph for 6 years so far and we are thrilled with our experience. The kids have amazing opportunities to demonstrate leadership and also social empathy. We love the school's dedication to community-building (among the students and among the parents) and they have a strong focus on anti-bullying. To top it off, the academics are top notch and both of my children LOVE school. We are so grateful to have this amazing school in our backyard.

Leadership at this school is seriously lacking. Problems that are presented wether paramount or minuscule are not taken seriously. The main principal and vice principal's at both campuses are spineless and completely ineffective at resolving issues whether they be between the kids, parents or internal issues. Entire school is run by the dollar signs you have behind you. The more you give to the school the better you're treated and the more patient they are with you. For those that do not donate it's the keep your mouth shut approach to managing relationships and how they treat your kids. Both the principal and vice principal were completely unfair and unprofessional in dealing with issues with my boys. Their methods of communication and action plans with parents is extremely juvenile. The principal speaks to parents in a manner which is highly unprofessional while using her Catholicism as an umbrella to hide under. The 3 ladies running the school are incapable of resolving issues and use a hands off approach to every issue. Absolutely disgusted and removed our boys a year ago. Equivalent to leadership in a fast food restaurant!

My wife and I personally evaluated 14 schools on King County's Eastside ranging from Montessori to public to other private programs and even homeschool cooperatives...We are most grateful we chose St Joseph School. We continue to be most impressed by the focus of St Joe's faculty and leaders on the joyful development of each individual child's intelligence and maturity in knowledge of this world, in her relationship with her own heart and others in the world and knowledge of and love for the Eternal. Our daughter is thriving due to the nourishing attention of smaller class sizes and wonderful incorporation of visual and kinisthetic teaching approaches/methodologies to motivate understanding of material rather than just isolated rote memorization. I admire the gentle, very fair and consistently reassuring policies that create a positive environment. As a former dean of students, there is no other place I would ever feel as relieved to entrust my child's mind, heart and soul than with the empathic, experienced, wise, child-centered and Christ-like teachers and leadership of this school
