    during covid nobody wears masks, teachers and staff are ok, none are great but some are just completely awful. a lot of smoking/vaping/drug use during the day. The food is probably the worst I've ever seen. Teachers do nothing about fighting/bullying. The dress code has a few parts that don't really make any sense. overall I wouldn't recommend it as much as other schools, 2/5

    Honestly the school isn't that bad, if you overlook the constant vandalism and smoking/vaping in the bathrooms. As a student who attended there up until this year, I can say that Van Horn high school will give your students a pretty mid education, with mid teachers, but the school looks nice for the most part and bullying isn't really a thing that goes on there.

    I love this school for my son, He is doing well and thriving ! The staff and administration are helpful and thorough. Its clean, safe and the diversity is awesome. My son enjoys going to school and is always talking about how he enjoys his ROTC coach.
