I LOVE this school. There is a sense of community and family. Everyone genuinely care about their staff and students. The kids truly enjoy coming to this school to learn and are given ample opportunities to express themselves through a wide range of activities and modes of learning. Teachers are constantly continuing their own education to better the students. I have never worked at a place like Cler-Mont. This is place is more than a school, a building, a job, it is a home.

I think the school has several issues that need to be addressed but my guess is they never will. I have talked to other parents that feel the same way. When you go eat with your child and see how they are treated it makes you angry. I don't like to go eat with my children because it is very upsetting. They let the cafeteria ladies pick kids they think were talking(God forbid) and go make them put their nose to the wall. I can only imagine how humiliating that must be for the child. I believe they are emotionally scarring these kids....the same kids they claim to be helping to succeed in life. Lighten up and let them visit at lunch. The kids are stressed and need the down time. Also they are only allowed 3 seconds at the water fountain! So they are basically denying them water????
