My daughter has experience bullying in this school. The teachers there didn’t do anything to help my daughter whatsoever. I would not recommend this school for your children.

I don’t recommend this school. The community needs a school with effective personnel and good management. This school needs to be shut for our children. I do not like how my daughter has not gained any knowledge this school year. Most of the teachers don’t seem knowledgeable and the building is just old. I don’t see the safety and effectiveness the school brings. Do not recommend. Look for another school.

I do not recommend this school at all. The area is so complicated to park and the school looks super old. I wanted to enroll my daughter but the reviews about the school and administration are not what my expectations were. My sister in law told me that last year the teachers did not do what they were supposed to do and the administration was not good as well. I definitely wanted to give the school a chance but something needs to change.

Great the past two years. New administration team this year is clearly taking a toll on the teachers which in turn tricked down to the kids.

Pugh is a great school for a child to attend. Although they do not have many ancillary programs, the ones that they do have are made exciting and structured for children. Children generally love going to school here. The bar is high for strong academic success, and it is modeled across disciplines, and voiced often by the administrative team leaders of this school. They are not only learner focused, they answer important questions from parents with clarity and know how ! I also love that there is zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Administrators remain "on top" of issues such as these. Having my child attend a school where the principal has an "open door policy" is comforting. She is wonderful to work with. In addition, the principal is on campus on a regular basis. She always invites speakers to talk to parents during parent meetings, so this leads me to believe that she is community focused. The climate at this school is warm, inviting and friendly and this is a plus! Safety of the students is very important to this principal, and her staff! Students adhere to dress code and the staff models appropriate dress code.

I love Mrs. Agee. She is the best fourth grade teacher my children has had. I hope she's still there when my second grader goes to fourth grade.
