    As a teacher of this school, the work environment is extremely hostile. Teachers are bullied and disrespected as professionals, and the workload is overwhelming. Dr. Leal is always on the parent's side (even when the parent is wrong) and never treats teachers with respect. He has threatened teachers with loss of employment if they refuse to listen or make a mistake. There is also favoritism at this school, and he targets specific teachers to bully every year. You get observed several times a week, and he stares at you through the windows! Teachers: Please, please, please do NOT work here!!! The turnover rate is super high with 10 or more teachers leaving every year!

    This school needs to improve in helping kids with special needs. All kinds specialty the small things like: hyper kids or having trouble concentrating. Kids who need one on one attention. Kids that are not diagnosed by a doctor because they don't fall under their category, but still need spine kind of attention. Better opportunities for GT students, for them not to have just the title, but to have some special classes that motivate kids to continue to learn and not to get bored.
