    I have been going to Hickman since kindergarten, and I have had nothing but the best experiences here. Unlike most schools everyone knows everyone at Hickman. All the kids in the middle school especially my 8th grade class are friends and very close.

    My son has been at Hickman School since kindergarten and he is now in 6th grade. I have had nothing but great experiences with him at this school. Teachers are amazing, parent involvement is incredible! This school has become a second family.

    Amazing place. I think this year the school will return to greatness - even better than it already is. Great new admin should compliment amazing students and staff. You have no idea what a paradise Hickman Middle is until you have your kids there.

    I would agree that the change of leadership was certainly not for the better, but you CANNOT find a better school for your kids anywhere in Stanislaus County. I bring my children from Modesto, and it is worth every drop of gas to get them there. The teachers and staff make the difference - the admin doesn't teach the kids, and are thus irrelevant.

    Nothing, nothing, nothing but good, good, good to say about this school. The teachers are A1 and the campus is beautiful - an awesome nurturing and learning enviroment! It is a bitter sweet day today as our 8th grader is moving on; but our 5th grader has now become a 6th grader. We love Hickman Charter School!
