I had the worst experience of my life. My child had the worst tantrums coming here. They hate the teachers, students and the way you educate the people in this building. If i can give this zero stars. Bet my life I would. This school needs to be shut down. Im never bringing my child here again.

My son has only been going here for a year and his attitude and his learning experience has improved he’s been learning more and more and he has not complained about bullying or any negative comments. This school has had a bad past but it has surely improved.

this school is by far the worst school I have ever gone to. I get bullied every day because of how I look. teachers don't really help with the situation, the only teachers I know that actually do something is mr.nord and mr.muro. I am very disappointed in the staff as well. some security isn't nice at all, sometimes I hear them cussing. I also DO NOT like how my friend earlier caught a bug in their juice during lunch today. I was so disgusted. The students at this school are also horrible. kids are always bullying and by far the worst school year for me. I also catch students with lighters and drugs and vapes in the bathroom. I also don't like when students bully and when I report the problem they do NOTHING. one thing I have to say about this school is to NEVER COME

Both my kids were bullied, they told the teachers, and the Vice Principals and nothing was really done. Lots of talking and incident writing but nothing is really done. I even notified the principal and he could not be bothered an handed back to the VP. There is no real consequences for the ones who bully, so it continues. No follow through. Teachers don't communicate with parents, my son missed a math test and no one let me know so he could make it up. Overall, had to pull my kids out and put them in online school. Don't send your kids here. Not a good school at all.

Not so good school. This school is not exactly like the other ones, I have been here for 2 years and I'm practically an 8th grader now. Diamond Valley is the WORST school you'll ever go to. The teachers don't do anything about us students being bullied & harassed by other students, I get cussed out by my classmates for being an Lgbtq+ Student. I told the teachers & counselors about it, but guess what they don't do anything about it. I came home crying the whole day about it, and I've been thinking about switching schools to Acacia so I think you should change schools unless you don't want to be harassed by other students.

This school is horrible, I was a student there for 7th grade, (I'm now in 8th grade) first of all I got bullied for being an lgbtq+ student. I complained to the school principal, the guidance counselors, and the teachers. Nobody did anything. it got so bad to the point where I was cutting myself. Not only was I verbally harassed by multiple students, but I was also physically harassed by them. I was often crying myself to sleep by the end of the day. I was also caught up in an incident where someone tried to sell me drugs and I reported them. I then got my backpack searched and was questioned by multiple people. The student who was selling the drugs moved and never had consequences, I can list numerous things that they could have done to handle the situation better. There were also people vaping in the bathrooms. Once again, I reported the issue and nothing happened to the students involved. There was also a case where a student became a registered sex offender. The students are able to access Spotify, Gmail, and Google to do whatever they please, the teachers have very little control over the students, and there are also few friendly staff members that will actually listen to you and address your problems. Your child, whether they are a boy or a girl, straight or lgbtq+ will come home crying or they will turn into the bully. I have seen so many poor students get neglected, by both staff members and students. Also, the campus is VERY unsanitary, there is urine all over the floors in the boy's bathroom, and the lockerrooms reak, and I have found many cockroaches and other dead bugs. Please do not send your child to this school, it will not end well.

It's pretty good. The teachers are always cheering me up. They help my learning experience. Everyone cares about the safety and health of the students. They also like to do a lot of fun stuff which gives us a break from working. The food Is delicious. The pizza uses natural ingredients. The burger buns are very tasty. Even the tacos taste amazing like they were not made in a microwave. Definitely recommend this school. :)

Over the last few years, our school has definitely improved. There have been some changes in staff that have contributed to the positive changes we have seen on our campus. We have implemented our PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention & Support) System & the WEB (Where Everyone Belongs) Program to promote and encourage positive behavior on our campus. Additionally, we brought in the Rachel's Challenge program to encourage a culture of compassion, kindness, and empathy among students and staff. As a result, we have seen a decrease in the amount of fights and bullying incidents compared to years past which has led to a decrease in student suspensions. With the implementation the AVID program and instructional strategies, the READ 180 intervention program, and our Project Read grant, our growth in English Language Arts on the SBAC test for 2017 increased by 7.3% which was the highest amount of growth in Literacy among all the middle schools in Hemet Unified School District! In fact, through Project Read, we have been recognized as an "Exemplar" school site. In our English Language program this year in just our first semester, we have already reclassified almost 26% of our students out of that program which means that they are proficient enough in English that they no longer need the support of the English 3D class; this is an amazing accomplishment thus far! We have a very strong team of united teachers on this campus who are willing to do whatever it takes to help our students succeed and we are very proud of the progress we have made and will continue to make!

DVMS is a great school to work at! The admin team is supportive and is working hard at changing the culture of the school. The teachers are dedicated and care about the kids. Diamondback students are a part of our community and they need to be a positive force as they are our future! We are all working hard and continue to grow in all areas- most noteworthy are our Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports/ Watch D.O.G.S./ M.O.M.S.

This School is the worst School Ever! NEED TO MAKE THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPLE PRINCIPLE!! & MAYBE HE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SCHOOL, AND IT STARTS WITH THE TEACHERS!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, this is by far the worse school ever. Teachers are horrible with grading, they lose student's homework, and fail them due to teacher irresponsibility. I am one that is adamant about my child's education and my child works hard but due to the lack of education these teachers have is pathetic. Mr. Bragg is probably the best teacher this school has (Math). Mrs. Lopez the worse (Advisory, English, & Social Studies). Do not send your kids to this school. There is so much bullying and theft and they do nothing about it. Front office staff is clueless. I am still waiting to receive a phone call from my child's counselor after having to call & go into the office and still nothing. Hemet USD in general is awful. Can't wait to get the heck out of this town. This school doesn't deserve any stars but didn't have an option to give "0".
