I cannot address special education because my child does not have special needs. But based on my experience with Pine harbor faculty, principal, and overall curriculum has been great. My daughter loves it here. Shes been there for 2nd through 4th grades. But will likely not attend for 5th grade due to current district 833 decision not to provide busing to Pine Harbor for school year 2024-2025. I would encourage parents to send their child here.

Have had all four of our children attend and excel at Pine Harbor Christian Academy. All were ready and overly prepared for High school when they transitioned to the local High School. They continue to use the skills developed at Pine Harbor Christian Academy in college. The Kids, and administration are welcoming, developing and growing future leaders.

PHCA feels like a home away from home for my son, and the students, teachers, staff and principal feel like a 2nd family to him. He never wants to leave at the end of each day, and he is joyful and energized being at school. Because of its size and its focus on what is most important, the school is able to put students and their needs first and provide opportunities that other schools can't. It is able to be responsive to families in many ways and views the role parents play as integral - it is a partnership.

I rate PHCA as 5 stars. PHCA is an excellent school for our children. Smaller classrooms allow for more individualized learning. Academics are strong. Teachers and staff are amazing. The staff here know each child and connect with them daily compared to other schools where kids end up just being a number. The teachers balance education with family life outside of school. The teachers here have time to teach and are not so distracted by having to develop character in their students. We have connected with many families at the school and our kids are forming lasting friendships with other students. Our kids have grown so much spiritually and academically since joining PHCA. We highly recommend this school.
