This school has great teachers and great staff, but there's a lot of bullying happening among the kids and not a lot of interest from administration goes into fixing that problem. My nephew went there.

My daughter was having a hard time at another local school (k-2) that was deemed "the better school." We switched her to this school and she really opened up and made a huge improvement. She is excited to go back to school everyday and is excelling in all subjects. It just goes to show that teachers really do make a difference. Teachers are really easy to contact should you have a question and staff is very welcoming.

My grand daughter attends this school and I was concerned about a policy regarding absenteeism. Apparently ice cream is distributed to those students who have not been absent. Those students that have been absent do not get ice cream. The reasons for being absent do not matter. My grand daughter was very upset as she was sick one day and consequently did not receive ice cream. I feel this is rather cruel to make children feel left out and watch other children eat ice cream in front of them. I'm very disappointed that the school should set such a poor example.

I must say I love this school , my Daughter was vice president and graduated with honor roll after having a hard time at first , teachers got involved and help me out to resolve the problem , my son who's in 5th grade is doing great as well!!! Very good school !!

I MUST HONESTLY SAY AT FIRST I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY DAUGHTER ATTENDING KINDER HERE. NOW WATCHING THE EXCITEMENT THAT SHE HAS IN WANTING TO LEARN , I THANK HER TEACHER MS. OYAMA AN WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO FIRST GRADE.

My son has attended harbor city elementary since kindergarden his Teacher Ms Tomsco and all the staff there are great i would not want my son in any other school. :) THANK YOU ALL!!
