My daughter attended this school K-5. The curriculum is tough but it helps prepare the students for advanced classes

If your child has a learning disability and requires an IEP or 504 Plan, you should consider sending them to another school. Half the time they do not follow the IEP, they just wing it, and then have the gall to blame your child for their failure. If you bring this up to them, they tell you that it is not their problem or that they cannot accommodate every child with a disability. The principal refuses to work with you, especially if you are complaining about a teacher, he would rather insult you and tell you that you and your child are the problem, not them. There is no discipline at all for students who bully other kids, in fact if you complain about it, you are told that there is nothing they can do because it is your child's word against another student. They tout their zero tolerance bullying policy and sweet talk you into thinking they are working on the problem and investigating it, but in reality, they are just trying to placate you so that you shut up and go away. Unless you plan on volunteering at the school five days a week to make sure they are following your child's IEP or 504 Plan and/or have enough money to hire a lawyer, do yourself and your child a favor and send them to another school. This is not the place for you.
