- Submitted by parent on July 24, 2013RHS is part of the SOLSD and they are going thru some hard times. The Levy failed and teachers were let go and some classes were cut from the schedule, but for RHS good things are also happening. We have a new Principal that truly cares about this school. He was an athlete as well as an academic scholar at River and he has high expectations for all students who attend. When children see someone expects good behavior and effort they respond. River is on the rise and will continue to improve under the new leadership
