Let me tell y’all, when we were looking at schools for my daughter, we considered all kinds of options, from private schools to public ones. But Harborfields High School truly stood out, especially for its incredible range of enrichment programs and its diverse, welcoming environment. They offer so many opportunities with their art and music programs, math competitions, coding competitions, sports, even things like fishing and chess clubs. And my daughter has loved every moment of exploring her interests. The community here is just wonderful, too, with parents coming together for family-friendly events and supporting each other. It’s such a vibrant place, and it’s helped my daughter grow in ways I never imagined. Thanks to this amazing school, she’s heading off to NYU this fall, and we couldn’t be prouder. I highly recommend Harborfields to any family looking for a place where kids can thrive and truly shine!

I’m so grateful for the amazing experience my child has had at Harborfields High. The music program is outstanding, and thanks to the supportive teachers, many kids are selected for the NYSSMA All-State Festival, a huge honor. The teachers are nurturing and always help students succeed, while the student body is tight knit and full of supportive friendships. It’s been such a positive, encouraging environment, and I couldn’t be happier with the growth my child has experienced here.

This is a school that focuses on what's important, growing children into well rounded young adults. There is a family atmosphere among the Teachers and Administration staff.

The best thing about Harborfields H.S. are the teachers. The teachers are passionate about seeing their students flourish. They are so great about sharing the good behaviors, achievements, and overall progress they see within your child! They are experts at dealing with emotional students AND parents, in a very respectful, approachable way.

This school is more like a community. It is a beautiful place that looks individually at each child and truly helps them grow in a healthy manner that supports their individual needs and desires while also learning to care for their community and the world at large. I could not more highly recommend this school.

You know it is good when you see the amount of people who graduated that have already or are actively trying to move back into the district. My wife and I being examples along with many of our friends- it is a special place

Went to this school myself and graduated. Now having my child in HS has opened my eyes to how this district has changed. There are too many cover-ups that administration does not want to admit. To many close the eyes and we don't have to deal with. Compared to some years ago their ratings have dropped. There are drugs and weapons that students are suspended for but you'd never hear the school say that. The district is so trying to hold onto their earlier reputation but with changing times they really need to stop worrying about their reputation and more about the safety and influences that are obviously right in front of their faces but are choosing to ignore. More of less get off your high horse and take the right steps to ensure the students a safe and content atmosphere.
