We're a military family. My kids have went to a few different schools and done great. This past year was my child's first at North. Some of the things I've seen have left me speechless. The kids completely run this school. The teachers have no control.Bullying is terrible here. I don't even know what could help this school but I can't send my kid back because the school is like a big circus

I would rather homeschool my kids then send another one to this school. After having one child attend this school and walk out with anxiety and depression, we moved and sent our kids to East. By far, hands down, the best decision we ever made. Our last one is getting ready to attend East and we couldn't be happier!

My daughter has only been here for a year but North has really left me disappointed. We are a military family and we have been to a few different schools and this is a first for us. The school trys to shove so many classes into a day, there's little time to focus on classes that should have a majority of the focus of school. Often times, on the two shorten days, my daughter doesn't have enough time to finish her tests. I don't believe they push kids to their full potential nor do they have any way of challenging those kids who do excel in school. My daughter is learning the same exact things in the 7th grade here that she learned in the 6th grade in a public school in Florida. She needed help with a situation and instead of someone actually stepping up and helping her, the teachers and office workers just kept sending her to someone else. That's just to name a few. I'm sure there are worse schools out there but I know there are also much better. North is just really an overall okay school.

The open concept at North Middle School was changed several years ago. The transformation was completed about four years ago. We have an enrollment of about 750 students in grades 7&8. The team concept is employed. We have three 7 th grade teams and three 8th grade teams. Students are "looped" in their core subjects which means that they will remain with their core teachers and counselor for two years. Related Arts teachers will change each quarter. We welcome all inquiries and all students.

North Middle School is overall an okay school. Many students are not pushed to their full potential at North, but most really enjoy their teachers.
