WORST SCHOOL in the county!!! My 9 yrs. old son was is scared of the teachers and staff! Two teachers came on his bus at the end of the day and wrongfully accuses him of stealing a phone. In front of a packed bus they searched him and his book bag. The misplaced phone was found right after he was searched and the two teachers who wrongfully searched him never even gave an apology. Both the assistant principal and head principal told me on the phone they would address the issue. Nothing has been done. I went to my son school to talk face to face and Mr. Yelverton sees me and walked out the school, gets in his car and leave without even saying one word to me! Education scores at this school are SCARY LOW. Educators who obviously can’t educate. BEWARE!!!

I am not the greatest fan of this school. I really love the security involvement that this school has to keep children safe. Their are some of the first grade teachers that are really too aggressive and speak to scare the children. I am not pleased with the treatment from the assistant teacher. She may need to be forced to retire soon.

Best school my children have ever attended...teachers have gone beyond my exppextations for helping my children....havve no issues with this school! I went here as a child and from what I've seen its only gotten better!!!! Great job to everryone .....

Awsome staff! Very quick to help my kids...both of my children are adhd and add teacher understand them and do every thing to help them. My children will continue so be students of eastern wayne!!! Both my children will be passing thanks to the teacher and staff of this school....

This is the worst school my son has ever attended! We came from a school system where the school have a+ ratings and excellent academics, I was extremely disappointed. I would never recommend this school to anyone who actually wants their child to learn, or have any guidance from teachers, the kids seemed to be on their own. My son only went for a short time, and I had to remove him after visiting him for lunch one day. The school is dirty,the lunch room was awful, the children are very cruel to "new students", and the office staff is incompetent. The office staff gave me another child's records with social security card ,and not my sons when we dis enrolled him, I had to report it to the school board. In summation save yourself the trouble and enroll your child elsewhere is you care about their safety and education.
