Great school! Always have an event to attend and the teachers are extremely caring and very attentive to every child.

DCHS has been great since moving here. My daughters, one at the time a Senior, the other a Sophmore both felt welcomed. Judging a school is always difficult right?! Meeting what everyone's expectations are is pretty difficult. In my career, which also included a community college in Glendive, DCC, took me to a larger university where to get into my desired program involved a test and I scored very high on that test, which helped me get into a competitive program and obtain my professional degree. I went into that testing facility straight from my Glendive educational background. I believe you can get out of a program whatever you put into it, and parents are a very important key to that success. That being said, teachers can be inspiring. A school with great leadership can have great culture. It's a small town so it's easier to keep track of students. I see that as a plus. Overall I see that aspect at this school where teachers overall are vested in my child's education. I'm not saying every teacher is perfect for my child, but we've had some excellent teachers that have inspired my kiddos in one way or another. Glendive is a very safe town, and it carries over into the school.

This school is a joke. They care less about education and keeping kids interested then they do making kids sit and do a bunch of boring and non involved school work. They grade kids not on what they know but on how much homework they do. Kids are punished for being bored and not interested in the teaching skills of the teachers. And then they are called insabordinate.
