DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL! You will regret every second out of the day if you decide to. This school is very unorganized. The teachers, dean, and administrators don’t take bullying as serious as they should and there’s no student penalized for their actions. Dean act as if she’s concerned when she can care less when your back is turned. The students never have homework and can never reciprocate what was taught. They have bomb threats every other week and don’t notify the parent until school is over. Please do your research before you decide to take steps forward.

This is the worst school ever. If you love your kids don't send them here. The teachers read out of a book instead of teaching the kids. Most of the staff are not even teachers, they don't have teaching degrees nor do they understand how to teach. If your kids don't seem to understand they will put them in special ed, or have your kid just sitting on the Chromebook .

Horrible. Dean Hughes is condescending to families and has run people from the school. No wonder all of Gary, In is running to Hammond, In instead of the charter schools!!!!

I use to love Aspire Charter last year.this year it has gone completely down hill.it seems like the teachers only care about the money and not educating the students. If there is a problem or concern and you try to address it there isnt anyone to go too.The principal yeah right she's just as worst. The dont keep you updated on anything unless your kid is doing something wrong. I am a parent who cares for the well being of their children especially their education. I have never felt like school should be a problem. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone. They need some improvement, structure and concern

While I am pleased with the kindergarten through fifth grade experience I feel the junior high needs great improvement in organization and learning opportunities. Teachers seem frustrated and overwhelmed with the teacher student ratio. Students seemed to be put where ever they have seats rather than by ability. If you are a lower functioning student it seems you are less acknowledged.
