Very serious issues with staff and in general. If your a dorm kid you are forced to do the schools work for them 3 hours on the weekend. your not allowed to leave and see friends or anything. Very toxic place to send kids.

I would rate the uplifting culture, student oriented, Christ-focused culture of French Camp Academy with a high score of 10.

My granddaughter has been a student at FCA for 4 years and she loves FCA. It has been such a blessing to see her mature and learn to take responsibility cheerfully. She has increased in her self-confidence and joy. FCA offers a structured environment to its boarding students, involving work and study time, but with a some fun mixed in like ballgames, celebrations, outings, and to wrap up the schoolyear -- a weekend at the beach house on the MS coast! I am also pleased that FCA doesn't allow boarding students to have cell phones, ipads, ipods, motor vehicles, or unfettered use of computers. Lack of these distractions makes FCA one of the best schools in Missisissippi, with average ACT scores of 21.
