Fremont is a great community with neighborhood elementary schools and a large campus that includes the middle school and the high school. The buildings are all newer with state of the art facilities. There are many class opportunities for students as well as a vocational school next to the campus and a very nice college credit plus program with Terra State Community College. There are many sports programs for kids to get involved in and an excellent band and orchestra program.

Most of the teachers do not grade homework They give a A for effort. So they could get every answer wrong and wouldn't know until they took the test. Then the test comes back a F and the teachers wonder why. They don't give the student a chance to makeup for the bad test and they move on to the next lesson to push the student further back. I was under the assumption that teachers were there to teach , educate and prepare out kids for their future. Not see if they can flunk them.

The academics are so terrible that most average and above students are going to Terra and Vanguard full day just to get an education. This leaves Ross with nothing but lower educational standards and behavioral students.

I am a graduate of Fremont Ross High School. Ross is a dumb dumb school you don't learn anything useful there. Which is why so many students wanted to go to vanguard full time, and learn something that would help them get to where they want to be and I can't blame them.
