I am a 13 year alumni of BGS. As a student, I was never mistreated and was always encouraged by the faculty and my peers to strive to do my best. I was never subjected to fights, drugs, or bullying. Now, as a parent at Bowling Green, I can still say the same. This is a great school. There are fees, there are fair shifts. This is not a government funded school. They rely on these fees and the effort of the parents to come together so we can give our children the best education possible. There are many people willing to work shifts if you are unavailable to work. This is a school where praying and Christian activities are still welcome!! GO BUCS!!!

Bowling Green has been a good experience for us since we moved here 3 years ago. I have 3 children that range from grades 4 - 12 and have had positive experiences with all of them. There are so many opportunities to share in the education process that you really feel like its a team effort and a family.

We have become very disappointed in this school and today I withdrew my children from BGS.We chose this school at the end of summer because of the wonderful staff and relaxed atmosphere. Well a month after paying all the fees and 2 mths of tuition, not only did the principal & assistant principal retire, they also raised tuition. We then developed uneasiness and it has become worse because of the school being money hungry every day.Also know that they require each parent to work a 5 hour fair shift or pay a $150 fine. 7th and up also have a shift. Well since myhusband works in the Gulf and I was unable to work a 10 hr shift( had to cover his ) and living 25 miles away could not bring son for his , I now can't get my kids records until fine is paid. We were fooled into registering and then constantly being forced to work or pay, sell tickets or buy them. Clearly it's all about money to the head people. Oh , I almost forgot we just paid $225 ($75 per child) for technology fees, yet my children never used their computers. We have been in school 3 mths and pd with fees & tuition around $4500 and yet they WON'T waive fair fees.If you can overlook this, wonderful teachers!!Pack lunch !
