Brookview is one of the best elementary schools in Boone County, WV. Just look at how well Brookview students do at our local high school. Former Brookview students are always half or more of the top ten students graduating from Scott High School. Brookview students are well rounded. Teachers at Brookview have high expectations and work really work hard make sure all students feel safe and loved. Brookview is lucky to have an awesome principal also. Does have it problems? Yes, but they work everyday to make it a great place to be. I have substitute taught in every school in Boone County and Brookview Elementary is still one of my favorites.

I feel that my child has felt safe and loved the seven years he has been at Brookview. It is an excellent school, with a great academic program to boot.

this school was at one time the best around. but it has really gone down.. I have a huge issue with the way things are being done this year. children spending way to long either waiting on a bus or sitting in a hot gym. while any person can say a name and pick up a child.. and while teachers are playing guard the road and block a parent from reaching their child.. be fair to every child not jus the ones that their parents are a teacher and either is sitting outside on a bench or in a nice cool room... I think change is a great thing and a part of life.. and I kmow life isn't fair but these are children.. work on this problem with all the parents not just the ones you want at this school ..
