the asst principal needs to relocate he does not fit in at this school 3 yrs overdue

It was awesome with my 2 older children but with my son not so much. We live in a different district and i do the AAE every year because I remembered when my girls were there the teachers were awesome but a lot of them have left.

I had apprehensions about my children attending this school simply due to my own assumptions. Let me just say that this is THE most outstanding elementary school in the entire FSM district. Their teachers are proactive, enthusiastic and overall brilliant people who put their whole heart into these kids! The care and attention they give is bar-none, they are more technologically advanced than any other elementary school and do more for the kids than any other school in town based on the schools myself, siblings, nieces, nephews and my own children have attended and I have a large family that has gone to many schools. I have no regrets sending my children here for their education and any and all assumptions I previously made were shot down and I feel ashamed for even worrying about. BEST elementary school in Fort Smith! I'd hate to ever pull them from this school. My older child is on the principals honor roll and my youngest is on the honor roll and very content. The only thing is, there isn't very much parent involvement it seems.

This used to be a great school a while back before they got a new principle and alot of good teachers left and went to different schools. I have had to take my kid out and start homeschooling him. He got 2 grades behide and they kept passing him and never brought it to my attention. I went to EVERY parent teacher conference and I would ask how my child is doing and they would say great fine. And they knew he was behind I was so mad. I am deffinatly pulling my other kids out of this school after they get done with first grade.
