This is a wonderful academic institution. I can only speak for my sons experience but from his four years from preschool through 1st grade my son has achieved so much academically and spiritually. He is incredibly smart and I attribute that to the high standards that the school has set for the students. The teachers are wonderful!

Resurrection Academy is an excellent school. My children have received a very good education over the years. The teachers and leadership have demonstrated to be dedicated to the children and families. They have high educational standards. Also, children are educated in their faith and emphasis on Christ’s teaching and is committed to community service.

So far, my expierence has been pretty good. My class is like my family, we love each other. Everyone says our school is bad, but I don’t get it. We always practice safety procedures, safety isn’t always number one! And my teachers listen to me, and help me, because they want me to succeed! I feel so lucky to be at a school like resurrection!!

First grade teacher is so unorganized and doesn’t know how to control her classroom. Homework packets usually have missing handouts. She doesn’t inform parents when the kids get student of the month. Her curriculum is all over the place. She gives kids spelling pre test in the middle of the school year vs at the beginning. She needs help organizing herself better.

I’m disappointed in them. I had higher standards and for them.

A little edgy but great so far! Its amazing but sometimes teachers won't listen to watch you tell them to but they are teachers come on, and the teachers are kind of strict. They are definitely hiding that!

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this school for my sons. An education is always a great investment, but to know that my sons are not just getting a great academic education but also being taught good moral values is very reassuring. I would recommend this school to anyone who is truly interested in the well being of their children. You can see the positive attitudes in the children every day, and it feels good to know they are in a safe, fun, and academically challenging environment every day.

This is my sons second year at RA. He is a special needs student and then staff and students have gone above and beyond to make my boy feel safe and happy. I never worry about his safety because I know everyone is always looking out for each other. What five years of therapy couldn’t do Resurrection Academy did in less than one. I will be forever grateful.

I have 3 children in the school. Grades Preschool, 1st, and 8th. I have great things to say from my experience in the school that go beyond the great academics they have. First, the school is a true Catholic community. I love the kids' weekly mass. Father Trevor delivers beautiful messages tailored for the kids. Secondly, The principal is great. She is a very humane person, very open to the concerns and needs of the families. She is constantly looking for new opportunities for innovation, advancement, and community connections to better the school. The school's Infrastructure is always well kept and maintained. The staff and teachers are very caring and supportive. To mention an example of many I could give, my son's teacher bakes a cake of their choice to each of his students on their birthday. There are also many opportunities for the kids to participate in public speaking and performance through reading in mass, choir participation, playing instruments for different occasions, theatrical performance, etcetera. There are sports and journalism; plus all important holidays are celebrated with beautiful thoughtful activities that give children a great experience.

I would say that the students and staff are a family. when one person is in need, they all band together to help that one individual or family. A better learning environment, one cannot find anywhere else.

It is a great learning environment for children of all ages. They promote self discipline and respect for others. They take things very seriously and have a high parent participation rate.

BULLYING! I don't know how they handle their cases of bullying at this school. My niece got bullied by her classmate and have witnesses that clearly stated what happened. The school principal Mrs. Thomas clearly sided the other party even though it is evidently clear that the other student is at fault. I didn't know that this school tolerates calling names like whore at a fellow student. To think that this is supposed to be a catholic school. I'll make sure that if this happens again and nothing is done by the so called principal, I will directly go myself to the school superintendent.

My family loves Resurrection Academy! The administrators, teachers, aids and principal are all very helpful and dedicated to the safety, education and personal growth of each student. Thank you to the teachers and Mrs. Thomas for all you do!!

My son is on his 2nd year at Resurrection Academy and my husband and I couldn't be any more happier. Mrs. Thomas is a dedicated principal who always cares about the well-being of her students.

My daughter has been going here since 3rd grade. In previous public schools she attended they were overcrowded classrooms of 30+ students with 1 teacher. There were many times she was falling behind and when I would address the teacher of my concern the answer I got back was " I have 32 students if she's behind and doesn't care then I don't care" I was furious and decided that something had to be done or else she was going to be lost in the public school system. I took that extra step although I was financially scared to enroll her in a private school but it has been the BEST decision I have ever made. She has learned so much she is now in 7th grade an honor student, secteatary of student council, volleyball team member and enjoys going to school here everyday. The principal, staff and teachers are all great. Everyone is involved in the students best interest. I have a younger child that I am going to enroll this year into the pre-school program in which I have compared to other daycares & price wise Resurrection Academy is the best deal they offer all day & part day classes. If your looking for a school with values of education, safety and unity of family this is the one to choose.

My husband and I have two children currently enrolled in Resurrection Academy and we couldn t be happier. We have a choice between a free public overcrowded school and a private catholic education with a low teacher / student ratio. We believe we are making a positive investment in our kids education and future. The teachers are great and their primary focus is the children. We are truly pleased and impressed on how involved the principal is with the staff, parents and most importantly the children. I feel the education is appropriate for the age group and noticed my kindergartner has already started to learn words, write sentences, learn basic math equations and even takes a spelling test every week frankly, I don t remember doing any of that in Kindergarten. My Preschooler has become very independent and enjoys going to school. The fact that the kids wear a uniform is a plus, the kids feel they belong part of a team and focus in class. We will keep our children enrolled in Resurrection Academy and continue to support the school.

My child has attended this school since preschool she is now in 4th grade. I love this school teachers and staff are great and the principal is always there to listen to you. My child has all A's and B's and I think is in part thanks to the teachers that take the time to show and teach our kids I would not get this in regular public school
