    This school is not a good place to be for someone who is just starting a teaching career. The administration expects you to handle the most extreme students without any guidance whatsoever. The administration rewards kids for bad behavior from what I have seen. If you want guidance on how to start off as a good teacher early on in your career this place will do just about the opposite for you. This is was a bad experience for me and the administration is a joke here. Some teachers had the heart to help me here though.

    i think citrus is a good school but i think it needs help to become a great school. citrus used to be a model school with caring staff and awesome teachers. over the years it has lost some of it's "shine" but with the proper leadership and staff i think it can once again be the "jewel" of fontana unified!
