This school has been an outstanding place for my children to learn and grow. My children attended 2nd-8th grades at St. Ann, and both were very well prepared for high school. The learning environment at St. Ann cultivates critical thinking and teamwork. The teachers truly care about the students, and bullying and bad behavior are not tolerated. The opportunity for family engagement is excellent- it has been a great community for our family.

We are moving away from the area for unrelated reasons and I can truthfully say that Saint Ann’s will be the thing I am most sad to leave with our move. The peace of mind I had as a mother sending my children here was priceless. The staff is warm, welcoming, and fair from the principal, to the office staff, to the teachers. They communicate effectively with parents (even in the middle of COVID measures). My children had Ms. Greige and Ms. Herrera and I will do my best to keep in touch with both of them because the level of care they gave my children is something I will ever be grateful for. This school has a great mix of top notch academics, physical activity, socialization, and religious teaching. The kids came home with a virtue of the week in addition to becoming math and reading studs. I can’t say enough good about this school and if I could scoop it up and bring it with me when we move, I would.

We have had an excellent experience at this school. On top of academics they teach the children about responsibility, discipline, and kindness. The class sizes are small and the teachers care about their students. We have felt very welcomed into this school community and I recommend it to anyone moving to the Fayetteville area.

I have read some of the reviews on this school and most of them are out-dated! The most important topic about St. Ann School is the family atmosphere....the faculty, the parents and the children. The school is small but that is why our children thrive! There is NO tolerance for bullying or disrespect! Every child is treated with the respect that they earn. The older children mentor the younger children and love it. The teachers are amazing and KNOW each of their students. They are not just a filled seat BUT a little human-sponge that will be filled with goodness, smarts and dedication to their education. If you are looking for a school that has it all, God, GREAT faculty, and a close family, then St. Ann's is the school for you! The BEST kept secret in Fayetteville!

Beautiful established oak trees surround this quaint school located near Fayetteville's historic downtown. Inside are caring, compassionate, and dedicated teachers that see, not only the whole child, but the entire family. The Saint Ann Community will love and educate your child into leaders of tolerance, respect, and service. My children attended for 5 years and are advanced in all areas of study. They received a full and thorough education.

It's been 2 years since I last posted a review, and I am pleased to report that our granddaughter is now in her 6th year at SACS (5th grade), and remains challenged, safe, and happy. I am personally involved a great deal in her academics, and the curriculum remains focused on the critical skills (the 3 R's), required to succeed at higher grades. In tracking her progress over 4 years of the Iowa Test of Basic Skills, her scores reflect her classroom performance and show the progress expected at-or-above grade level. I consistently get immediate feedback on any question, and her teachers have spent extra time with her to focus on her weak areas. She's involved in 3-4 clubs every semester, and absolutely loves going to school (as much as a 5th grader does!). With the small class/school size there is little room for any drama, the faculty remains first class, and the School Volunteer Organization, (aka the PTA), remains committed to improving the school's areas of greatest need. The SACS motto; "Enter to learn, depart to serve" is alive and well for all who choose to partake. I highly recommend choosing St Ann Catholic School, and become involved.

My Son attended St. Ann's since he was in Pre-K. The Pre-K teacher was amazing and at the time my Son started, she already had an impressive 23 years at the school! My husband was able to volunteer more often than I and for him to compliment the faculty the way he did validated that we had placed our child in the right place. My husband was deployed most of the time and the loving interaction he received from the teachers and the principal provided a very trusting and loving environment for him to be a part of. We PCS'd after his 2nd grade year but we left with a heavy heart as we had established strong friendships with other parents, teachers and volunteers. All schools have their issues and this one is no different - however what is different about this school is their approach to helping each other out. The concept of "It takes a village to raise a child" is in full effect at this school. We would not have traded our experience, the experience my child encountered for anything. We hope the school continues to strive for excellence and innovation that will carry a positive reputation in the years to come and most importantly, educate our future leaders of America.

If you are seeking information on this site than you must care greatly about your child's education. The education is average at best, both students and staff have disproportionate abilities. In hind sight our family made a poor choice enrolling our children. The teacher's failed to educate and prepare our children for future academic endeavors. All in all, a poor school environment that struggles to meet the needs of the whole child which encompasses behavior, social skills, academics, and living what they should learn in religion class. You would do well to continue your search!
