    I think the school should not tell a gifted child that they have to wait for the rest of the children to catch up. Moved out of the district because this is what they told my son. "No Child Left Behind" was not created to punish children that work hard. This school district needs more advanced classes or the ability for a child to skip a grade if their grades and test scores warrent it.A frusterated Parent
