The school was a fantastic school in the past( I have had children in this school for almost 10 years). Unfortunately with the new administration that has been put in place I have seen drastic changes. The staff seems unhappy and the way the principal hands different situations that arise lacks professionalism. The school seems very disorganized and no longer seems to have the leadership it once had. The high number of newer teachers who have not had teaching experience is also concerning.

They expect extremely to much out of kindergarteners, and made me stress to the max. Loved the kindergarten teachers but the front office staff was very judgmental and rude. The principal was not understanding, and very rude to me. I'm relieved my child will not be going there next year!

If you are looking for a hiqh-quality education without the private school price tag, then look no further! Scott Elementary consistently is ranked at the top and regardless of the test scores, which speak for themselves, it is the leadership, teachers, staff, and dedicated parent volunteers which make this school an ideal learning environment.
