Having moved here 7 months ago I am very disappointed with Enid Highschool. The teachers are overwhelmed with disruptive students, leaving little room for students who want to learn the opportunity to learn. The detention room is almost always filled to capactiy and the opportunity for teens to get off track is high as there is little supervision at the school. Having visited the school during a typical school day, I found students sitting on top of desks and completly ignoring thier teacher during regular classroom time, in another class 3 students were sent to the principles office within 30 minutes of the start of class, they were disruptive, thowing pencils across the room etc. Needless to say, having a new freshman at this school has been difficult.

With the recent passage of a nearly 100 million dollar bond issue, the entire Enid district, including EHS is going to benefit. Our family loves EHS!
