Current administrative staff likes to turn a blind eye to sub-par staff and bullying. I do however love that they partner with colleges to offer dual credit classes. They have the potential to be a great school if they could focus more on creating a welcoming environment regardless of what your last name is or how long you have lived in the community. They also need to work on holding ineffective teachers accountable and not making excuses for them. As a small school I understand that they face some unique challenges but, the student's education should not suffer for it.

The faculty at this school is very compassionate and patient with all students. When anyone sees that a child needs extra help in a subject, they will make sure that help is provided. The students are consistently well cared for and safety is a top priority along with excellent education. My children graduated from Eminence and they both continued their educations with degrees from Indiana colleges.

I think that this school and the staff are amazing and take the time to help the kids. My daughter was unable to read after being at Monrovia elementary in all day kindergarten and first grade. Her teachers and the principal at Eminence took the time to have her tested. She is now on honor roll and is doing great her reading and comp. has gone far beyond her class mates.. I have a now third grader who reads at a 6th grade level. And my soon to be 9th grader had math and English home work that high school kids in Martinsville weren't even doing. I love the fact my kids have smaller classes and teachers who care. we may be a small school but we have a good school.
