An excellent culture of responsibility and caring is being fostered at Waverly and the children emulate the same at home. Most teachers are very efficient and approachable. Well rounded school, with a strong emphasis on being respectful. I have three children currently at this school and they have really enjoyed learning here!

We moved to Waverly Woods after researching all of the schools in Howard County. Both of our children went through all grades at Waverly Elementary School. We have met generations of teachers, principals and parents and this school, it's administration and the families are off the charts thumbs up! We have met hundreds of families that have gone through Waverly E.S. and I have never heard anyone say otherwise.

I have had five grandchildren attend Waverly Elementary. It is a wonderful school! They are wonderful at communicating with the parents. The teachers we have known have all been excellent. Great women in the office as well, who are absolutely wonderful and so very helpful! I would rate this school a 10!

This is an excellent school if your child is average or gifted and talented. If your child needs special education services then be prepared to be disappointed!!!! They will fall through the cracks. PERIOD!!!!

My son attends Waverly. He loves to go to the school everyday. The Principal, Mrs. Jacobs, is superior and welling to communicate with the parents. With her great leadership, the teachers are loving and professional. Parents are very much updated and involved in the school activities. The school even teaches two foreign languages- Spanish and Chinese. Waverly also offers excellent early intervention and special education classrooms and services. Needless to say, Waverly is one of the best schools in the region. We are very lucky to be here.

My kid goes to this school. It is awesome. The teachers are highly educated and professional. We couldnot be happier sending him to school everyday. They have excellent classes and programs to enrich the students study and life. Even in K, they learn foreign language and computer on weekly basis.

Amazing and creative learning environment! My kindergartener flourished at Waverly, surrounded by dedicated educators, active parents, and the best kids! Parents were allowed to volunteer in the classroom, school lunch is mostly locally grown and fresh, and curriculum is focused on Howard County academic standards as well as character development, so that our children are smart AND great citizens.

It's been a great year so far for my daughter. School is great. She loves her teacher and the school. After care programs are good. She can read a complete book even in kindergarden.
