I’m a parry and this school says al the right things but never follow through!!! I very much dislike this school their communication skills are bad!

Payne Elementary School in the city of El Monte, California is a wonderful school. It is located on Mountain View Rd. between Garvey and Magnolia. Payne is a school that welcomes all the parents to visit and observe their children in the classroom. They have an open door policy and every one starting with the Principle, Mr. Lugo, the office workers, teachers, maintenance, volunteers and all the students welcome you with a big smile. Teachers are doing their best at their classes. Now, as a parent, I am very proud of Payne Elementary School and the Mountain View School District. I support them 100% and I am doing my job as a father. I model myself by reading at home, helping my children with their homework, making sure that my two children are ready to go to school every day. Also after school and on the weekends, we visit the public library to nurture reading and good study habits. Payne is an excellent school but we as parents needs to keep working by supporting our students and our own school.

Thiss School Is Terriblee.. there is so much violence n this neighborhood and it is terrible!
