    We tried to get our daughter into Hugh Goodwin because we heard that it was the best elementary school in El dorado. She ended up going to Northwest and it turned out to be just fine. Her teacher was energetic and friendly and communicated well with us. I visited the school on a few occasions and students seemed happy and comfortable. My daughter's behavior problems all but disappeared after her first year here. I also was very happy that as a kinder gardener she didn't have any homework. Class dojo was a lifesaver. My baby girl is reading up a storm!

    My two children have attended Northwest for the last 3 and a half years. The teachers and staff are friendly and helpful. All of my children's teachers have shown genuine interest in seeing their students succeed.

    The teachers work really hard to make sure that their students do their best at everything they try to accomplish.
