My son has attended Fuerte for 2 years and is currently in the first grade. It’s amazing the strides he has made over the past 12 months. The school is safe, there is high parent engagement, and the teachers care greatly. This has been a great school for my son.

We have had a wonderful experience with Fuerte so far. Coming from a naerby Rancho SD Elementary, the difference is night and day. That was a good school as well but Fuerte is EXCELLENT. We debated on private school and this is even better. Teachers are amazing, on top of our students, the parent involvement is second to none. And with COVID, the amount of parental communication is outstanding. The situation we are in is very overwhelming, but the teachers are helping us with a smile on their face and transferring that calmness in a anxious time. What else could we ask for as parents? A + education, excellent principal that constantly sends out emails and videos, wonderful warm teachers, and a quality education. So happy to have joined the Fuerte family and send our 3 children to this great school!

We have a 5th grader and 3rd grader at Fuerte. We've been very impressed by how the teachers and leadership are constantly evolving to incorporate new technology and standards. Parent involvement is very strong as is PTA fundraising, which leads to frequent improvements and lots of extra curricular activities.

High, would recommend if you live in the school district, dont pay for private. You have it with Fuerte Elementary!

This school is only good for the wealthy families who can afford tutors, but for the low income families especially the ones with learning disabilities are very much suffering and their voices are not heard at all. This issue was approached to the current principal and nothing was done about it. In fact bringing up this issue was immediately shut down the conversation! So, I rate this school 2/10

With the recession and budget cuts in California almost every school is crowded. Except private schools.

My daughter attending this school because the other school near our new home was overcrowded. It was her first year of Kindergarten. This school too was overcrowded and because of it they placed my daughter in a first grade class. There were only 4 other students in the class that were in Kindergarten too. Her teacher was not very friendly to me or my daughter. I have never had any problems with teachers being rude to me or my other child ever when he was in elementary. (I have another kiddo who is currently high school. I love his HS!) To make a long story short, I pulled her out of the school and enrolled her in Capistrano Connections Academy and things are going GREAT! My advice is things aren't working out is: - Don't settle - Find an alliterative option

My child went to this school as overflow since his home school was full and I have never experienced this in my life.I feel completely out of place and so does my child. Being treated just as if he is overflow. Thisis not right. He has been overflow at other schools and this is a first time we have been treated this way. I will be glad when this nightmare is over. His teacher is great and the speech therapist is awesome.
