My children went to the school. I took them out and they excelled. If education is important to you Do Not send your Kids to Effingham schools. IF football is your thing that's all they care about you will be catered to. The reviews are correct. Staff will not be able to help you. Kids will have to be very careful around these folks. Yes it's a bad thing for a child trying to learn to have to deal with. Just sad. Peace

Students are treated like prisoners and looked at as future troubled kids. I never been in a clique until the principal made it clear that I was in one. Cameras were purposely turned in the direction of lunch table that they were watching. I've been 2 min late and was brought to the office to be searched. Then it got to where if I was noticed coming into school on time and minding my own business, I was searched. They spent most of their time in the office looking at cameras bad mouthing other students. They will try to follow your activity on social media, many students have been expelled for content that is irrelevant to the schools motives. This school has a principal that makes false profiles and adds students to keep an eye. Talk to anyone that goes there, they feel watched and imprisoned. They do a better job being detectives than teaching

EFFINGHAM SCHOOLS ARE THE WORST IN THE COUNTRY THEY BELIEVE THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND THE SCHOOL BOARD DOES WHAT IS BEST FOR THEM AND NOT THE COMMUNITY THE CHILDREN SUFFER AND NO ONE IN THE COMMUNITY WILL EVER STAND UP AGAINST THEM AND WHEN SOMEONE DOES THEIR CHILDREN GET TREATED LIKE DIRT
