I worked at chatterbox during the summer as a camp counsler and let me tell you, I got treated like garbage. I got in trouble for being more of friend than a camp counselor... how does that even make sense??? I was talking to one of the mothers from the camp and she told me that she got the sense that chatterbox treats there workers poorly. You don’t get paid until the end of the summer and you get in trouble for every little thing. If and when I have a child I will not be sending my child there. If I could stop one person from enrolling there child or going to summer camp here I did my job.

Chatterbox has been such a blessing! My daughter thrived there this year and is having a blast in the summer camp. The staff is amazing, and always there to help. The teachers have been such a huge part her development, and continual growth. I feel very fortunate to have found this little gem.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to send both of our boys to chatterbox. The staff goes above and beyond and really cares for them, not only teaching them the basics but emphazing socialization and fun activities throughout the year to keep them engaged and having fun. Both of our boys really LOVE school & I can't believe how much get accomplished in a day! We are so happy that Chatterbox was our daughter's first school experience! She was excited to go to school every day and absolutely loved it. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, from accepting her towards the end of the school year, accommodating the peanut allergy that suddenly showed up, and even supporting us when she was having some developmental difficulties. Lindsey, the director, even went out of her way to offer to and subsequently attend our daughter's meeting of the committee for special education. There she was able to provide her input on my daughter's difficulties at school, as well as to support us getting the services she needs. I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey and the entire staff at Chatterbox Day school! We could not have asked for a more caring, educational and well-run school for our little girl!

My daughter absolutely loves coming to school And we love the warm, loving family atmosphere. She has learned so much, made some great friends, and loved her teachers. I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone with a 2 to 5 year old.

Love, Love, LOVE Chatterbox! So happy we chose them when our son turned 2. He has learned so much in the last 2 years, I am confident that he will be prepared and very successful when it's time for Kindergarten. I also cannot say enough about the staff. They are fantastic! Very professional and personable. We will DEFINITELY be sending our second son to Chatterbox when he is eligible for the 2 year old program.

My child is in her third year at Chatterbox and attends both the school and camp. The staff is caring and supportive. The owner is on site and involved. I know my child is not just happy and safe, but is also learning so much.

My son, Anthony, just finished his 2nd year with Chatterbox. Anthony is my youngest of 5 children so I have had my fair share of pre-schools and I can say without a doubt that Chatterbox has been the best. The teachers and staff are exceptional. They pack a lot of learning and fun into the day. When I drop off in the morning I have no worries. I know that my son's well being and safety is their priority. Anthony will be attending their summer camp and is excited for all the fun that is planned. I look forward to the fall season and with it being his pre-school year I have complete confidence that he will be kindergarten ready!

As a teacher and a mother I could not have asked for more. At times my child can be challenging and he learned so much at this school. He came home every day happy and excited about what he learned. It has set an amazing foundation for his years ahead!

Every member of the staff at Chatterbox is kind, understanding and excellent with children. You can see that they genuinely care about each and every kid. My daughter went through the Kindergarten program this year and excelled beyond our expectations. Not only did they learn to read and do math, they learned Spanish, music, and poetry. Amazing teachers & staff.

Chatterbox Day School in East Islip, New York. I can't even begin to express what a wonderful experience we had here. Our son is 5 and has been to quite a few daycares in the West Islip, Bay Shore and East Islip area and none have even come close to Chatterbox. They are so caring, warm and nurturing here. Our son went through UPK last year at the YMCA and it was an AWFUL experience from dropping him off, to trying to figure out what he learned. Everything about it was terrible. The teacher was so disinterested in the kids. We decided to hold our son back another year from kindergarten b/c he has a late birthday. Boy, what a difference here. He was actually super excited to go to school every day. The bus driver, Jesse, made our lives so much easier. She made saying goodbye in the morning a snap. Miss Morgan and Miss Celeste were exceptional at the way they taught the kids. They encouraged their maturity. My son came home everyday feeling proud of himself. He couldn't wait to share what he learned. I can't say enough good things about this school and can't thank them enough. i just wish we had gone here before all the other disappointing places.

The entire staff are both professional and caring. You don't come across people today who go above and beyond.. But at Chatterbox that comes naturally!! They made learning so enjoyable and fun that our little one looked forward to going to school!! And we know this set a good precedence for their future.
