Overall good - with exception of unexperienced unsenstive principle.

Very good. Certain activities are controlled by the forces of Eagle. I had doubts about the procedures for accepting students into: choir, orchestra, gifted and talented, and yearbook. If it’s part of my tax bill, why are certain students getting more attention and a more straight path to success?

Administration has been SO great - giving advice without being overbearing or selective. Happy & cheerful in halls - interacting with kids - attending activities and events. Quick communication back to parents - done great with rearranging kids so that they fit into the correct level of math. PTA & Junior NHS puts on several events - the last one (Daddy-daughter night) was great. Thanks.

It has been difficult to get the involvement from teachers needed to keep my kid on track.

Eagle has excellent caring staff that is shown in the academic achievements of the student body.

The administration is fantastic - organized, inclusive, and easy to work with. Although my daughter receives high grades she has special needs in other areas and I have nothing but support from the staff and also the full time nurse, who is proactive a pleasure to work with. I am particularly impressed with the cheerleading coach - she does her best to bring in students from all abilities - and disabilities -and holds them accountable for their academics and behavior.

My daughter likes this school, huge changed from Star Ele where they don't take care of you. I would recommend this school. The office staff and teachers are friendly and my daughter enjoys her teachers. I have not met the principal and have no info on her. My daughter stays out of trouble.

Yes. I am going to agree with the last comment. The administration tries their hardest, but they seem not to help when things get out of control. I know from experience that a lot of the things that happen aren't seen by anyone of authority. The students DO run the place, and people DO get bullied.

This is a great school, if you don't mind your child being bullied, or if you want a school where the kids are in charge.

I had a 6th grader going in this year and was very nervous for my shy daughter. I was pleasantly surprised that this has been one of the best school years, both academically and socially. She has excelled in the middle school environment. Her teachers know her well and challenge her. They do a great job at the transition from elementary school to middle school. So far, I could not be happier.
