We considered sending our daughter to this school to give her a smaller learning and Christian environment. She does have special needs, but does well in an inclusion class in the public school setting. However, The headmaster/ principal was NOT welcoming at all to having her there. She was dismissive and did not even inquire about how strengths/weaknesses or how they could accommodate her. When asked about how they help another child there with special needs, she simply said “well, he gets outside tutoring “ and then ended the conversation abruptly. She then preceded to tour us around the school and the older children were all on break outside and on their cell phones. Not impressed at all!Would NOT recommend this school for any child. Does not appear to be a loving, Christian environment! Beware.

My nephews as well as my children went to this school. Currently I have one child left at CCA. They have been through Headmasters like a box of tissues. As a result this facility has been going down the drain. Speaking of drains, the sewage has been a problem for years and the Gym has NO air conditioning! In the past this intuition produced some advanced young minds that were above and beyond the public sector but now I'm sad to say it falls short. My son has/is involved in several activities throughout his school career. For whatever reason or oversite I am not informed of ANY of his activities, awards, etc.. He doesn't even know when or where he has a tennis game. I'm glad that he received Senior Recognition but in his own words he texted me this morning because his mother was notified by a group text the day before but not I, " I didn't want to make you upset by telling you last night because it UPSET ME." I don't want any child under any undo stress but this was the end result. Even the school staff doesn't even coach tennis, they subcontract an individual that has no association with the school. If you want the basics to be taught in tennis that will cost you an extra $25.00 an hour for private lessons. The tennis team was ran off of the local college property for using their courts. So off to the public ones in the middle of town. (No court on campus but activity fees keep going up!) I hope in the future that this institution can be professional and inform parents of upcoming events rather than a group text. Some parents must work a job or several and need communication in order to get their affairs in order so they may attend. Shame on you CCA!!!
