although i've been at this school for the past 5 or 6 years and have thought it was such a great school, i think the school isn't that great now that i've moved. most of the teachers pick favorites, or are the type of teacher that just sit back and wait for a paycheck. not only that, but the students there are very rude. if you do not have money you can't be the teacher's pet or get anything you want. everything at that school is based off of popularity such as sports, cliques. most of the "popular" kids are very rude to everyone. they think they are better than everyone and judge every person they walk by before even giving that person a chance to be friends.

My Son recently returned to school after home schooling for awhile, due to a very bad experience at Central Elementary School here in Dexter. After Central he was terrified to go to school, but thanks to the staff at the Middle school He is no longer afraid and he loves T.S Middle School. The Teachers there have been very helpful and kind to him, he is making friends and getting the help he needed. I am especially grateful to the school counselor Nancy Langley and to Mrs DeLay. Their help has been extremely beneficial to my son. They both have gone to great lengths to help him not only fit in, but to really succeed and do well in school. John Walker has been very helpful to my son as he completed tests to see where he needed help, and Christopher Bolin in helping him in the resource room with his math. I am very pleased with the school and very grateful to all the staff for going out of their way to help my son with his educational needs. I recommend this school very highly to others!
