Best school in Detroit. Amazing teachers who absolutely love their students. Terrific principal. The religion program and staff set it above most Christian schools. MHTCA is a very special place where real learning is taking place in an awesome environment.

My son completed his first year of Pre K here and had a wonderful time with Mr. Walton and his assistants. The Pre K teachers are awesome and are really patient with the children while making sure they understand consequences and learn positive values. Nice field trips, activities for the children and parent involvement is always welcome.

Very positive. It's a wonderful environment. The teachers really care, it's great to have an affordable Catholic school in the city.

We have had a wonderful experience with this school. The teachers are wonderful and truly care about the kids. The diversity at this school is unlike any other school in Detroit.

It's mildly ok but the teachers need to pay close attention to students because there is another whole side to the students that the teachers don't see

Need diverse teaching staff to better serve school population to help build positive self-image among all students in their quest for educational excellence.

on a whelm I went to this site to read about the school I chose to put my children in and would admit that some of the comments are disturbing. Why aren't there other outside sources looking into this school if children are being treated this way? As for the employees that have made such nice comments we get it you want to keep your job, so your opinions really dont count honestly. My concerns are toward the parents that felt that this school and the administration were mistreating children and not being fair. Those are two actions that should have been further looked into by either ADOD or the Mnsgr. I will say that my experience have not been all bad, however I will not write these parents that took their time to write these comments off as liars. Time will tell if the comments are true. I was always told that 2 or 3 people that know nothing about each other cant lie about the same issues or the same person. There has to be some truth to what was written only time will tell. It is just going to take that ONE parent to come to this school and the very thing that has happened to these other parents happen to her/him and all of this alledged evil will come to the light and then may God have mercy on the person soul. With all of that being said and I was a new parent reading this and considering this school for my child I would talk to the parents not administration because they tend to by nature dress up wolves and turn them into sheep. Be aware and ask questions and if there are parents reading that still have their children in this school, as I do dont allow issues to go on ADDRESS THEM, ASK QUESTIONS these are our children and at the end of the day. We are the reason this school doors remain open.

The teachers are great. The problem is in the administration. The principal is very condescending in how she approaches issues with others. I feel as though it is truly hurting the school. I am sad to say that I cannot wait for my child to finish there so we can move on. The staff has completely turned over and that should have been a red flag.

The worst school ever! Principal is a nightmare and very confrontational and front office needs tweeking! The worst experience!

Overall it is a good school without the principal. The teachers are great and always willing to help a student. The principle is horrible!! She does not handle situations with the students very well and sometimes can be bias. I feel that the students are not being challenged academically. The school would be great with a new principal and more activities for the student.

Where to start? I worked here. I cannot begin to tell you what a hostile environment it was. The administration is so unorganized and there is one woman who works in the office who thinks she owns the place. I would not send anyone here. No rules, no discipline, no respect.

I, as a parent enjoy and appreciate what the school has to offer. I have children in multiple grades and have a decent relationship with all of the teachers of my children. I volunteer and I am a member of the PTO. My take on many of the negative comments is: Are you involved? Do you volunteer to see what goes on? Are you asking the right questions? It takes a village to raise a child and I believe that Most Holy Trinity is a part of my little village! The teachers are very good and very caring. The principal is supportive of all the teachers and is very fair to the students. Every school has it trials and tribulations, but I fully support Most Holy Trinity because in the end it is all about the children.

I want to share why this school is not a place for quality learning. First, there is no good curriculum that challenges the child. Next, leadership is not good. My child was in a class where there was so much disruption but nothing was done. I thought catholic schools were supposed to uphold moral values?

The principle didn't care about my daughter. She was rude, disrespectful, and does not look to the best interest of the child.

My son has been to several different schools and this one is, by far, the best. He's been making friends, he has been getting interested in sports and from what I have seen so far, the teaching staff is interested in his success. As parents, we want our kids to grow, learn and be happy. That is what I see in my son, so thank you Most Holy Trinity!

Principal is a nightmare! Pushy, and very nasty. The teachers are great but the principal makes it hard to notice. I am taking my two sons out next school year!

Most Holy Trinity is the best thing, academically, that has happened to our family! My son is in 6th grade and has been at MHT since he was in Kindergarten, and it has truly been a blessing. My husband and I travel 30 minutes each way, passing several private schools along the way, to take him to MHT. It truly pains my heart to read the previous emails about Principal Dunleavy! She is EXTREMELY dedicated to the students and works tirelessly to make sure MHT remains competitive with all of the other Catholic schools in the tri-county area. My son's teachers are dedicated and go above and beyond in order to make sure he succeeds! I wholeheartedly recommend MHT to every parent who in search of a quality school within the City of Detroit!!!

Most Holy Trinity School is one of the best schools in all of Detroit. I attended this school as a child and now my children attend this school. I believe this school is full of GREAT TEACHERS and staff, and I love the fact that everyone knows everyone!! My child is doing very well in class with the teacher who DOES have a teaching degree!! I would recommend this school to anybody and everybody who has children between the grades of pre-k and eighth grade!! Holy Trinity is truly a hidden jem in Detroit and I'm proud to say my children attend this school.I think people who write negative comments shouldn't blame the school but maybe take a look at there self because Holy Trinity is not a negative environment so maybe some people just didn't fit in with the school!!!

Bravo lovely parents and caregivers!! I was sadly surprised yesterday by our schools reduced rating , and now invigorated that we stood up for our MHT! How I wish derogatory statements had to be signed by the reviewer before being posted. Can you imagine? I feel that would enable accurate reviews of facts rather than emotion. I have been observant of all postings of MHT-some lovely, some truthful, but many incorrectly documented . Most Holy Trinity School is an amazing haven of CHILDREN, Teachers, Staff and Principal! Change is a must and for some not possible --simply because the nature of the thinking is that " I am above the rules and I will continue to do as I please." However the huge percentage of our MHT FAMILY does not possess that thinking. That is the great thinking we must draw our attention to... We are a wonderful school! I welcome you to come and see for yourself.... Carla Iafrate employee for 14 years.

I love Most Holy Trinity School. I feel it will help enable my daughter to be a well rounded, easy going, mature Catholic. That is why I'm sending her there and will continue to until she graduates 8th Grade. All of you who have PERSONAL problems with staff, curriculum or meaningless things can go fly a kite!
