Wyatt is an exceptional community and has been a second home for my kids. The social-emotional support is second to none and staff really get to know the students.

We have been at the school since Kinder through (still in) 4th grade and despite what happened with the near closure last year the school is thriving and we could not be any prouder to be Parents At Wyatt (PAW). This is such a great school with a fantastic teaching and administration team! My kid loves going to school and loves his teachers. We have a community meeting each Friday and it's always wonderful to see how happy the kids are, especially how proud they are when they get called upon for any awards and how they hug their teachers.

Wyatt Academy is a true community school that focuses well on whole-child learning. Students are supported socially, emotionally, and academically. As well, there are free after school resources and familial clothing/donation resources.

Excellent Elementary School! Our son started in 4th but looking back I wished he went there from kindergarten! Our son had their Ed at this diversified school that truly cares about his success and future. THRY also have a wide variety of programs and value students and parents ideas. Highly recommended this school and wish it was a middle school also!

We've been parents at Wyatt for the last 10 years! We love this community. The teachers and the staff KNOW my children and how to support them! We love all of the activities that they plan to bring the community together!

This is our first year at Wyatt and we are so happy with the school. They have been incredibly supportive of our student's social/emotion needs as a kindergartner. Her teacher is compassionate, engaging, lighthearted (handles a classroom of 17 5 yr olds like a pro). She comes home everyday and tells me how much she loves school. This is a very diverse school which was important to us when choosing a school. The administration has been great and is excellent with communication regarding our student. We love Wyatt!

I absolutely love Wyatt Academy. This year Wyatt was GREEN on the Denver Public Schools SPF, and it had the highest growth of ANY school in DPS! Our kids, teachers, and staff are incredible. The teachers and admin make the school such a welcoming and safe place. My kids love going to school each day. They are challenged, but also have time for fun and friendship. We love Wyatt!!

I give it a 10 they are great! I know that in the past years there has been a lot going on. I am not going to lie I too was scared when reading all the negative reviews but choose to place her here this year and so far Its been great! The staff is welcoming and the children are actually alert and learning. I know because I walked in to observe. Change is difficult and I beleive Wyatt is doing a great job!

Wyatt is going on their third principal in 3 years. Extreme emphasis on testing, very little support for teachers in day to day instruction. No curriculum....teachers have to make it up on their own. Unapproachable administration. Some of the best teachers anywhere have all left in the past 3 years. Constant new staff... teachers leave in the middle of the year with no explanation. Chaos!! Rated "F" by state for many good reasons. Don't believe it when they tell you the school is improving or trending upward. All responsibility for school failure is put on teacher's backs due to lack of administrative support. Administration for the most part is rarely available for teachers or students other than to discipline and only comes into classrooms to evaluate teachers twice per year. Admin unaware of what is happening in classrooms on a daily basis. DO NOT ENROLL AT WYATT!!

By far the most horrible school in the Denver area the the staff there are by far the best people there with such enthusiasm ......(sarcasm) and is horrible run there constantly changing the school i mean you expect students to treat you with respect (common sense) I've been going there since 2nd grade till 8th grade yet i don't feel prepared to go to high school

Wyatt works hard to meet all students needs. I am amazed with the teachers and all the awards Wyatt wins. Did you know Wyatt was given the Department of Educations Center of Excellence award for two years in a row? Wyatt was also just awarded The Governor's Distinguished Improvement Awards. Only 22 schools in Denver received this award. I am proud of Wyatt and all the work it does.
