Small town, nosy people that gossip. Low key racist. Many families have been there for generations. I mean 4-5 generations. even after living there for 15 years, we still felt like outsiders. Many retired early after former Wisconsin republican governor gutted the strength of the teachers union.Football, boys basketball and baseball stars were favorited by the principal. My kids got targeted as trouble makers, even though they were hanging out with the sports stars and those kids were doing the same teenage nonsense. My daughter was on the dance team and there was an awful dance mom and dad that thought there were prom king and queen, so weird, grow up. Their daughter led an effort to bully my daughter. She eventually left the team and the bullying intensified. Why? What? Go get a hobby. It was awful for my daughter that she graduated early and never looked back. My son came out as gay during his junior year, but was cautious about who he told. My youngest son was headed for an excellent wrestling path. But he hung out with the sports stars and was the scapegoat when they were partying. He told the truth but wouldn't rat out his friends. Its something that administration turned a blind eye to. Kinda creepy principal that tried to be in the in-crowd with the jocks. YuckDESPITE ALL THIS GARBAGE, there are some super individual teachers, that I can't thank enough for being role models to my kids. They promoted the aspect that there is beautiful life outside our tiny little town.

this school is very political and has a large amount of teachers trying to push there political views.
