We searched high and low for a small school environment that fit our 6th grade son's indiviual needs (ADHD & Giftedness). We found all that and much, much more at Deephaven Academy! The entire team is more than willing to partner with parents to help their child succeed. They understand the learning styles and needs for each student are different and they are willing to help accomodate those needs. Most importantly our son feels part of a community and he truly enjoys going to school!

This is an amazing, gem of a small, private school! The individualized learning plan and small class size for each student is critical to their education. The teachers are all loving and supportive to every child. It is a fun learning environment in a beautiful facility! We are so happy we found this school - our children LOVE going to school each day. We can't believe how much they are learning - academically and socially! 5 stars for sure.

I moved my son here after he was diagnosed to have dyslexia and dysgraphia. The public school wasn't helping after this diagnoses so I needed to find another solution to getting my son in a positive setting and with an appropriate teaching style that would meet his needs. I can't thank Deephaven Academy enough for all the tremendous support and focus he has been provided. The small classes and strong curriculum are top notch

I love Deephaven Academy! I was bullied at my old school, but at DA, everyone is kind. We do tons of fun projects and I have learned so much! Every day is fun and challenging ( In a good way)!

Small classes are one of the key attributes of this school. We moved our two children from high quality public schools because the classrooms were bursting at the seams. In the process we discovered that Deephaven Acamedy does more than just provide the deeper individual attention we hoped for - it provides an environment that is more dedicated to learning in every way. Our children went from only telling us about lunch or recess to teaching us about Charlemagne (in 3rd grade) and the integration of the five senses (in Kindergarten). A parent's dream is to place their children in a safe, encouraging, caring environment that sparks a love for learning. Deephaven Academy has been able to provide that exact rare combination.
