Very diverse and focused on discipline, studies and teamwork. The teachers work very closely with the students. My niece just graduated from Mayo and she became prepared for college receiving scholarship monies that has allowed her to attend Francis Marion College. She has express her wish to become a RN and Because of her knowledge, skill and guidance from Mayo, she will reach her goals. Go Mayo!

I graduated from Mayo. While there, I was involved in several extra-curricular activities both at Mayo and at my home school, and even worked part time my junior and senior years. All while maintaining a great life at home. I feel that Mayo was and is a great school, with amazing teachers and staff. Yes much is require of the students but it is not excessive. The school prepares the students for college life. I was able to attend a competitive college thanks to Mayo, and I was able to be successful and graduate on time, thanks to the 4 years I had at Mayo. It is an option to attend Mayo. It is not for everyone, but if your child can handle Mayo, they will be prepared for college and life.
