My little one has been thriving at this school. I hope to continue to see her challenged and engaged with all of the experiences they provide for her.

My child has had a great experience here. The teachers have been wonderful and engage with the parents often. My has excelled in his test scores! I have no complaints.

Centennial Elementary School has been a wonderful experience for my 3 children. Two are in the ESE program (Special Needs- Autism) and one has an IEP in a general education setting. There are some amazing teachers, like Jeanne Stimpson in the ESE program. Actually, the whole ESE program is amazing and I am a bit neutral on the general education classes. I have seen some GREAT teachers on that side and some not-so-great teachers.

This is a great school for children with no learning challenges or even gifted, If you have a child that doesn't have above average or little under average skills for learning and fits in a box of just average this school has amazing potential, turning into a Steam/magnet school is awesome they don't seem to want kids with ''Learning difficulties'' of any kind! ignore asking for a IEP unless it is so obvious you can visually see the disability. This was not just my experience but running across a handful of parents at a different school ,they had been ignored for years not wanting to move all 3 kids to a new school , they were led to believe they were having "meetings" on there children's behalf but really squeezing them out slowly, I have heard from a group of different parents the same story .The child suffers from low self esteem they DO NOT seem to have any intention to getting them extra help , this leaves and parents feeling terribly guilty for not leaving or seeing what was going on sooner. Aswell another thing I hear children on the higher levels of learning AKA" gifted" These kids are not being challenged unfortunately there girts are being ignored. On the other hand I WOULD recommend if you're children fit into a box this school is amazing! everyone seems to speak highly of there experience, lots of hands on learning !
