Poor leadership puts students at risk. Doors to the main entrance can be found "propped open" while school is in session. The handbook isn't worth the paper it is printed on; the principal makes the rules up as she sees fit.

As a former student, (now a freshman at chs) with a little sister now doing amazingly well at the elemantary, I feel I have the right to say it is a great school, the staff are kind, and helpful. And the music program is really good! But towards the 4th and 5th grade, my tearchers (not sure about the others) had totally failed at teaching math. So when it came to the middle school we were to far behind for the teachers to even bother to help. Hopefully awfully commoncore stadards are changed, and actual useful methods are taught. Other than that its all good. Except, in the library. In the library they have a section just for higher grades. And then the hogher reading kids, like me and my friends. Are literally just told to wait reading picture books until the rest of the class catches up so its "fair." Everything else is amazing besides those 2 little (huge) things! And I would reccemend going to the elemantary!

Excellent and involved principal. Hard-working and caring teachers and staff. This elementary school still offers regular PE, music and library classes. Special education, resource room and personal attendants for children with special needs are present. There is an active PTO, in-class parent volunteers and lots of fun school-related activities. Extra-curricular sports offered by the local YMCA, Babe Ruth, public library and more. The school has an excellent choir and garden club and is involved with the OBOB competition. Homework club and art lessons offered. I am very impressed! I love this school and my kids do too!

Creslane is fantastic! The principal has a wonderful positive behavior program that has produced wonderful results! The kids get to have soap box derby car races in the gym, water fights, marshmallow fights and many other fun events each month. I was so impressed with the academic results across all grades last year. Our school is so close to being one of the few model schools in the state because of the great teachers and our wonderful principal! We also still have a pE and music program, while many schools around us have cut those programs. My daughters class has only 22 students! ...significantly less than most other schools I've seen in this area. My daughter is in 3rd grade and has loved every year...she started in the first grade. You can't go wrong with Creswell school district.,

Great school! My son is in second grade and loves his teacher, which is a first for him. Kindergarten is only part time, which is a problem for children with special needs. awesome school and teachers and office staff are always very helpful.
